The estimated production turnaround is 5 working days; this is based on the typical number of hours or days in which a print job is completed under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please also allow for postage times.
Production starts when all of the following requirements are met: all print-ready artwork is uploaded, full payment is received and uploaded artwork is the correct aspect ratio and has the correct number of pages for the relevant product.
Note that transit time for shipping is always additional to production turnaround and it is therefore advised that this be taken into consideration upon placing the order.
Whilst we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipment, illness, inclement weather and other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the deadline.
We officially do not offer an express service. We aim
to produce all orders as quickly as possible but you can request an
accelerated delivery / courier service via our Customer
Services Department. This may incur an additional cost. We will do
everything possible to accommodate your requirements.
We only ship to UK addresses by default.
However if you require delivery outside the UK, please contact our Customer Services Department and we
will send a delivery quote to you as quickly as possible, based on the
weight of product and the delivery country.
We only deliver a single order to a single address but
you may place multiple orders for the same product using different
delivery addresses. Alternatively, contact our
Customer Services Department with your requirements. Multiple
delivery addresses will incur additional postage charges.
